- Nestle (Malaysia) has partnered with online retailers Lazada and 11street to launch its wellness electronic stores on both online shopping platforms.

- From monthly sales of between RM0.1 million to RM0.2 million, the e-commerce sales has almost quadrupled over the past six to eight months, reaching RM1 million.
- The group also plans to use e-commerce to expand its new KitKat Chocolatory store in Mid Valley, by combining e-commerce and product customization.
Significance: Going forward, Nestle (Malaysia) will be investing about RM2 million to RM3 million into hardware. More investment will be allocated into the infrastructure, new resources and working with online retailers. For 1H16, the group reported a 31.3 percent rise in net profit to RM409.5 million, on higher domestic sales and a strong growth in the export business.
